Tips to prepare yourself before you talk to the Ombudsman Office’s experts:
  • Which insurance company do you want to complain about?

  • When did the event causing the damage occur?

  • Why do you disagree with the insurer and what outcome do you expect?

  • Have relevant documents such as the insurer’s answer to your complaint at hand.

  • For complaints against private insurance companies, have policy and insurance conditions at hand.
